I'm Zach Wallman—the founder of RottenHOAs.com. After purchasing my first home in Scottsdale, I experienced firsthand how challenging a poorly managed HOA can be, including unclear rules, inconsistent communication, and limited transparency. RottenHOAs was created to provide a safe, anonymous platform for sharing HOA experiences, while encouraging greater transparency, accountability, and improvement within HOA communities.
